This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website at spaceclean.com, the Space Clean mobile app, and related services (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. Depending on how you use the Services, this may include:
- Contact and account details — name, company, job title, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
- Service information — facility addresses, property type, service requests, work orders, schedules, notes, and feedback.
- Photos and files — images or documents you upload, such as before/after photos or attachments to a quote request.
- Job applications — résumé details and contact information you send us through the Careers page.
- Communications — messages you send us by form, email, phone, or text.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services we may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, pages or screens viewed, and timestamps.
- Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data that help us keep the app stable.
- Location — in the mobile app, precise location only if you grant permission (for example, to confirm arrival at a job site). You can turn this off at any time in your device settings.
- Push notification tokens — if you allow notifications, so we can send service updates.
- Cookies and analytics — our website uses Google Analytics with IP anonymization to understand how visitors use the site, and your browser’s local storage to remember preferences such as light/dark theme.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, schedule, and deliver the facility services you request.
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you in the app.
- Respond to quotes, questions, and support requests.
- Send service updates, confirmations, and — where you have agreed — marketing messages.
- Review job applications.
- Monitor, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — generally for the life of your account or business relationship — and afterwards as required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Account and Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete your mobile app account and associated personal data at any time. Use the delete-account option in the app’s settings where available, or email customers@spacecleanllc.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.”
We will confirm your request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except information we must keep for legal or accounting reasons (for example, invoices), which we retain only for the required period.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access, correction, deletion — you may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information.
- Permissions — you can revoke location, camera, photo, and notification permissions in your device settings.
- Marketing — you can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in each message, or reply STOP to texts.
- Cookies — you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
